1. Chest press

  • 4 sets
  • 15 reps

This compound exercise will target your pecs major. Make sure you squeeze your muscles at the top of the movement.

2. Flys with close grip bench press

  • 4 sets
  • 12 reps

These two different exercises are combined together as a superset. The fly pre-exhaust your muscle pairs great with the compound motion of the close grip bench press.

3. Single-arm chest press

  • 4 sets
  • 15 reps

This exercise will force you to target your core muscles as well to stabilise your body and it will work any asymmetrical problems you might have on your chest muscles.

4. Cross-bench pullovers

  • 4 sets
  • 20 reps
