What is Crossfit?
Crossfit is a strength and conditioning programme, developed by Greg Glassman and based on functional movements performed at higher intensity. The constantly varied routines combine weightlifting, gymnastics, kettlebel, athletics, rowing and other whole body movements. Besides strengthening all physical skills it builds up a community for life!
