What do you tell yourself in the middle of a workout when it’s tough?

You know that feeling when your mind is telling you to stop, or just rest a little longer, it’s okay no one is here to see. I’ve been fighting with my mind more than usual because of everything going on in my life right now. Training, the move, work, wedding planning, all the what if’s for 2021, the list can go on. I’m normal and 100% human. It easy to think when you see someone’s life on social media they have it all together, but that can be far from the truth. We are all working hard to go after our goals and especially with everything else going on in the world, it doesn’t help with all this uncertainty.

Remember to stay in your own lane, focus on your goals, and be easy on yourself. We all have ups and downs. ? And that’s what makes us stronger.
