Arielle Loewen is a CrossFit Games veteran, and a great person to learn from.

She competed at Regionals from 2014 to 2019. After the 2019 Event she became a mom. In 2021 she went on to win the Granite Games. After the event, Loewen and her husband walked back to their hotel room, flopped onto the bed, and cried. “We’re like, ‘What just happened?’”

After debuting at the 2021 CrossFit Games, she has returned each year, building an impressive resume of finishing positions, including a podium spot in 2023.
