World Fitness Project Has Revealed the Workouts for London (and They Look BRUTAL)

The first event of the 2026 World Fitness Project season will kick off in London on May 1st, and the competition will conclude on the 3rd.

The Pro and Challenger athletes will be combined to create a 50-person field.

They workouts have now been revealed in full:

LONDON PRO 1

FOR TIME:

25 Toes to Bar
500 m Run
15 Overhead Squats (185/125 lb)

Time Cap: 20 minutes

LONDON PRO 2

FOR TIME:
8/6 Short Rope Climbs
27 m HSW with Pirouettes*
120 Weighted Double Unders
27 m HSW with Pirouettes*
8/6 Short Rope Climbs
27 m HSW with Pirouettes*
120 Weighted Double Unders

*1 Pirouette required in each 9 m (30 feet) section

LONDON PRO 3

25 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20″)
50 Dumbbell Goblet Squats (1x 100/70 lbs)
50/40 Calorie Ski
25 Burpee Box Jump Overs
50 Dumbbell Thrusters (2x 50/35 lbs)

LONDON PRO 4A & 4B

FOR MAX LOAD:
1 Rep Max Deadlift
