HYROX was in Nice at the weekend and Xavier Dufour walked away as the winner in the Men’s Pro race with a personal best 55:51.
In just one year of competing in HYROX, Xavier has taken 15 minutes off his Pro time and was only 8 seconds off the French record in Nice. At this rate it won’t be long until he is competing in the Elite 15.
