Women Heat 1
Once the athletes gripped the axle bar, it was clean how much it span, making it very unusual for lifting. A large portion of the athletes used a mixed grip to clean the bar before switching and pressing it overhead.

Domit and Meha were the first off the clean and jerks. After the ring muscle ups Fuliano was leading as she worked her way through the second set.
Next up were the log muscle ups. Meha failed her first rep on the log. This type of muscle up is difficult, and a true test for many of the athletes. Many of which completed the reps as singles.

Domit was first onto the final set of 10 axle clean and jerks. She worked methodically through her reps and sprinted to the finish with a time of 08:40.02.
Paige Rodgers moved up into 2nd place, with Fuliano right on her heels. Sturt was in 4th. Rodgers was able to maintain her lead and secure 2nd.

Fuliano was next to cross the finish line.

Followed by Sturt and Brandon.
