During the 2026 Enhanced Games last weekend, Thor and Mitchell Hooper went head to head in a deadlift competition. Hooper, the current world’s strongest man, hit 475 kg. Thor went for 515 kg in an attempt to break his current 510 kg lift.

Australian businessman Aron D’Souza, founder and CEO of Objections, is privately funding the Enhanced Games. Maximilian Martin and Christian Angermayer are also co-founders. Over the past year, the games have additionally received financial backing from Peter Thiel and Donald Trump Jr.
