Event 7 of The 2026 CrossFit Games saw the athletes return to the pool for the Swim Standard.
Swim Standard
For time:
- 200-meter swim
- 40 burpees
- 150-meter swim
- 30 burpees
- 100-meter swim
- 20 burpees
- 50-meter swim
- 10 burpees
Women
Lucy Campbell produced a dominant performance to win the women’s Swim Standard in 10:55, becoming the only woman to break the 11 minute mark. Paige Rodgers finished second in 12:04, while Danielle Brandon claimed third in 12:18. Arielle Loewen continued her consistent competition by taking fourth in 12:32, with Emma Lawson rounding out the top five in 12:40.
Overall leader Aimee Cringle placed sixth in 12:51, followed closely by Alex Gazan in 12:53. Haley Adams finished eighth in 13:01, Madeline Sturt took ninth in 13:04 and Matilde Garnes completed the top 10 with a time of 13:07. Campbell’s event win moved her closer to the leaders in the overall standings heading into the next event.

Men
Ty Jenkins delivered one of the standout performances of the 2026 CrossFit Games so far, dominating the Swim Standard to claim his first career CrossFit Games event win in 11:09. The 20 year old finished 14 seconds ahead of two time champion Justin Medeiros, who took second in 11:23.
Dallin Pepper rounded out the podium with a time of 11:49, while Saxon Panchik was fourth in 12:00. Luis Cuellar completed the top five in 12:04, ahead of James Sprague (12:17), Roman Khrennikov (12:18), Jeffrey Adler (12:20), Victor Hoffer (12:34) and Ricky Garard (12:35). Jenkins’ performance showcased his outstanding swimming ability and gave him a commanding victory to close out the opening day of competition.
