Event 4, Packout, kicked off day 2 of the 2026 Rogue Invitational.

On the leaderboard, Colten Mertens was in first place with 270 points. However, close behind the Iron Hog was Dallin Pepper with 265 and James Sprague in 3rd with 235.

Polish athlete Gabriela Migala sat in the lead with 250 points, 30 points ahead of Lucy Campbell’s 220 and Alex Gazan’s 210. However, things were about to change.

Event 4 – Packout

5 Rounds:

  • 750 Meter Run
  • 30/25 Toes to Bar
  • Yoke Carry

Women Heat 1

The run took the athletes around the stadium in Aberdeen, which was a great way to interact with the spectators.

The reps on the toes-to-bar had to be unbroken. If athletes dropped from the bar then they had to complete a penalty run up the hill.

Horvath and Meha matched each other on the early runs. Rolfe and Brandon caught up on the yoke carries. Brandon was trying to regain points after two back to back last place finishes on day 1.

In round 3, Meha started to separate herself slightly from the pack. She looked confident, coming into the Rogue Invitational after a 12th place finish at the 2026 CrossFit Games.

The yoke looked brutal, with many of the athletes already struggling by the second and third round.

Loewen moved into first place, followed by Horvath and Rolfe. Her gymnastic background helped her considerably for the unbroken sets of reps.

Once again, the 200kg / 485 lb yoke looked tough.

She continued to work methodically through the later rounds and claimed a convincing victory in heat 1. Horvath secured second with Domit, Sturt and Brandon rounding out the top 5. With heat 2 coming up, it would be interesting to see how well Loewen’s time would hold up.

Women Heat 2

Amy Cringle went into day 2 in 7th place. She maintained a fast cycle pace on the toes-to-bar.

Current leader Migala stayed at the top of the pack, as did Lawson. But the current 2026 CrossFit Games champion attempted to stretch her lead early.

Campbell, Migala and Lawson were all neck and neck on the yoke carries.

Campbell worked hard to try and reduce Cringle’s lead.

Lawson came into day 2 in 9th place. With two back-to-back 12th place finishes. Cringle cruised into the arena alone and in the lead.

Cringle wins the event, her first in Rogue Invitational history. Campbell takes 2nd. Fantastic result for the UK. Migala takes 3rd. Lawson takes 4th in the heat.

Emily Tall missed the buzzer and had to sprint back to press it.

Loewen’s heat 1 win was good enough for 5th overall, here is how the final standings looked for event 4.

Men Heat 1

Both Garard and Adler are solid runners, and neither of them unusually compete in anything less than the first heat. Both of them did not want to be in that heat and it showed. A strong pace was set very early on.

Aussie Garard is a great runner, and has recorded the following times across different domains:

  • 5km – 17.32
  • 400m – 54 seconds
  • Sub 5 minute mile at The CrossFit Games

The yoke was 301kg was for the men. Which showed on the faces of the competitors as the ground the load across each segment.

The middle portion of the race was steady, with Adler taking and holding the lead. Adler had to drop on the toes to bar in the final round and complete a punishment run up the hill.

That unbroken set allowed Garard to pass the Canadian and get onto the yoke first.

He crossed the line with a time of 20.42.54 and won the 1st heat. Adler clocked in 20.57.07.

Ibarra finished in 3rd, Haapalainen took 4th and Newman secured 5th.

Men Heat 2

Mertens sat in first place, but this was definitely not the event he was most looking forwards to during the weekend.

Pepper was looking consistent, as had recorded no finish outside the top 4 so far. As the race kicked off, Lightfoot and Crouch set out fast.

Sprague and Hopper were close behind.

As the rounds ticked forwards, Sprague and Crouch started to separate themselves from the pack.

Crouch continued to dominate as the workout progressed.

Crouch held onto his lead, winning the heat in 20.50.33, however it was not enough to beat his fellow Aussie and PRVN athlete Garard, who took the overall win with a time of 20.42.54.

Take a look at the final standings from event 4.
