Social wellness has never been bigger, and Triplebond has opened a specialist facility in London. Focusing on nervous system regulation, the venue is found inside the BoTree Hotel and has been operational since August.
The multi-floor facility combines fitness, recovery, diagnostics, and social, with membership prices ranging from $125 ($170) to £491 ($667) per month. Hotel guests can also purchase day passes for £95 ($129), which includes access to the rooftop pool.
What To Expect at Triplebond London
Triplebond has partnered with Technogym, Stride, Monk, and other brands to offer a range of treatments, from cryotherapy and red light therapy to contrast therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
Visitors will also find an infrared studio where group exercise classes take place to the beat of music and rhythm. Individual programs are created based on blood, DNA, gut microbiome, and 500+ other biomarkers, while lounges and cafes provide members with a place to relax before and after sessions.
No stone has been left unturned, with a jet lag circuit using timed lights, AYO glasses, and circadian technology helping to reset your body clock after travel. Massage chairs, weighted blankets, vagus nerve stim, and hyperice devices are also available.
Stride helps Triplebond offer a new Health Concierge where memebers undergo in-depth diagnostic assessments.
Why Has Triplebond Opened in London?
Triplebond is found on the 9th floor of the 5-star hotel, with floor-to-ceiling windows creating an impressive backdrop. Triplebond’s Director of Wellness, Liliana Gutierrez, has had her say on the opening, stating:
