Heading into the final day of the 2026 Rogue Invitational, both leaderboards were close.

In the Male division Pepper was on top with 485 points. Following closely behind was Crouch (455), Sprague (445), Magda (430) and Garard (415). Adler was outside the top 5 with 395 points, but he would be assaulting the top 5 throughout the day to try and defend his crown.

Over on the women’s side Migala was still in front, but only by a 5 point lead, with Gazan snapping at her heels. Campbell and Cringle both had 440 points, and Lawson rounded out the top 5.

The first event of the day would be a grippy test involving rope climbs, overhead squats and deadlifts.

Heat 1 Women

Unsurprisingly the event was a huge test of pulling power, grip, technique, balance and muscular endurance.

The weights for the women were:

  • OHS: 175 lb / 79 kg
  • Deadlift: 195 lb / 89 kg
  • Deadlift: 225 lb / 102 kg
  • Deadlift: 270 lb / 123 kg
  • Deadlift: 285 lb / 129 kg

The pain of each movement was often etched into the faces of the competitors.

Fuliano and Speegle went head to head throughout the entire event.

With Fuliano winning in a tight race. Her and Speegle were the only two women to finish the event. The time to beat for the next round was 12.40.38.

Heat 2 Women

Migala and Horvath both started with purpose.

Gazan and Kerstetter both kept pace.

Horvath and Migala battled it out.

Horvath constantly sprinted back to the bar and looked confident on the overhead squats.

Lawson maintained a solid pace and ran her own race.

Whilst the Hungarian and Polish athletes continued to battle for the top spot.

Cringle and Gazan, alongside many other athletes, started to break up their overhead squats.

Horvath started to put some distance between herself and Migala.

But Migala made up ground on the rope climbs as she continued to chase her down. Horvath was first onto the overhead squats.

She moved through the reps methodically. Walking casually over the finish line she pushed the buzzer to secure her 16th event win in her career at The Rogue Invitational, and her 3rd in 2026.

Migala took 2nd place and widened her lead on the overall rankings ahead of the other competitors.

Kerstetter finished in 3rd. Campbell was 4th. Tall made it before the time cap. Lawson sprinted to the finish and finished with less than half a second to spare.

Men Heat 1

Ackermann started strong. The former teenage CrossFit Games champion was the youngest competitor at 23 years old.

Panchik and Smith pushed the pace on the rope climbs.

Smith represented the home crowd well in his Scotland football top.

The rookie continued to shine whilst the other athletes were unable to catch him.

Chandler Smith crossed the finish line in 2nd place. Hermans was in 3rd, Haapalainen in 4th and Ibarra in 5th.

Heat 2 Men

Magda, building on his impressive consistency across the events so far, set a good pace alongside Gui, Pepper and Crouch.

The field stayed close at the beginning.

Crouch looked patient and confident.

Gui started to pull ahead.

The other athletes were unable to catch him.

Magda was 2nd, Pepper 3rd, Sprague 4th and Crouch in 5th.

As the dust settled, the final ranking table looked like this.
