CrossFit Legend Rob Orlando Has Died

Following a two year battle with cancer, the much loved athlete and coach Rob Orlando has passed away.

Known as the “Strongman of CrossFit”, he was a powerhouse in the early stages of the development of CrossFit, and in his commitment to his own fitness and the development of others. He even designed the brutal piece of workout equipment known as the “Pig”, which infamously debuted at the 2013 CrossFit Games.

The community has responded in a huge way to this sad news, with words and thoughts from many of the biggest names if the history of CrossFit.
