James Sprague and Emma Tall have won World Fitness Project Tour Stop 2 after three days of competition at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana.

Sprague finished top of the Pro Men’s standings with 496 points, 67 points ahead of Tudor Magda in second. Luka Dukic completed the podium with 420 points.
In the Pro Women’s division, Tall finished with 520 points after winning three of the weekend’s seven events. Laura Horvath took second with 491 points, while Britain’s Aimee Cringle finished third on 463.
The weekend tested athletes across running, strength, gymnastics, swimming, sled work and more traditional tests of athleticism, with seven scored events spread across the three days.
James Sprague Wins the Pro Men’s Title
CrossFit Games winner Sprague had to work his way up the leaderboard after the competition opened on Friday with a combine featuring a 40 yard dash, 5 10 5 agility test and max broad jump.
By the end of the opening day, Sprague had climbed 17 places to sit third overall.
Saturday brought three very different tests, beginning with a 10km run.
Roman Khrennikov set the early pace and reached 5km in 18:18 before cramp forced him to slow dramatically late in the race. Yehor Hosta took advantage to win the event in 38:41.89.
The athletes then swapped endurance for strength in Pro 4, with eight minutes to establish a one rep max bench press. Colten Mertens produced the biggest lift in the men’s field at 405lb.
Pro 5 finished Saturday with two rounds of 50 chest to bar pull ups, 25 sandbag squats and a 150 foot sled push.
Mertens picked up his second consecutive event win, but Sprague’s second place finish was enough to move him into the overall lead for the first time that weekend.
Pro 6 combined the Echo Bike with two 150 yard swims, separated by two minutes of rest.
The final event then brought rowing, bar muscle ups, a 150 foot handstand walk and five heavy squat snatches to close out the weekend.
When all seven events were complete, Sprague had 496 points and the Tour Stop 2 title.
