Mat Fraser Moves to Live in Rich Froning’s Hometown of Cookeville, TN

Cookeville, TN will now be called home for two of the most dominant Crossfitters in history!

Justin from the Morning Chalk Up (check them out if you haven’t signed up to their excellent newsletter already) recently posted this:

“Mat Fraser Relocates — Mathew Fraser officially said goodbye to his home state of Vermont and is now living in Cookeville, TN, a source close to Fraser confirmed. Say hello to the Central Regional, which is going to be a fireworks show especially if Sara Sigmundsdottir returns. And don’t forget Elijah Muhammad will be competing there now too.”

The Central Regionals will be an incredible show to watch next year!

JOSH BRIDGES

In his recent interview with Dan Bailey on the CrossFit podcast, Josh Bridges also talked about the land he is buying there as well in order to build a house. You can catch the full interview here:

About The Author

Editor-In-Chief at BOXROX. I come from a background of rugby and weightlifting. Growing up in the English Lake District, I spent a great deal of time swimming in its stunning lakes and rivers. In 2015 my brothers and I became the first people to swim the 145km length of the River Eden, from source to mouth, in 9 days. We also swam the Corryvreckan whirlpool, the third largest in the world, and Crossfit is a huge part of my training for these events.
