Ethier asked his girlfriend how he could improve his physical looks and she said for him to get broader shoulders. And this is why he decided to learn how to grow wider shoulders faster with 5 tweaks to his training.
How To Grow Wider Shoulders Faster

According to Ethier, the key to broadening your shoulders is to do exercises that target the side delts. He tried many shoulder exercises that would target that area and wouldn’t be fatiguing on the body.
The top 3 exercises that came out on top were dumbbell lateral raise, lying incline lateral raise, and cable lateral raise. However, he wanted to add an exercise that would target the side delt the most at its stretched position. The winner, in the end, was behind the body cable lateral raise.
Ethier would do shoulder exercises twice a week. On one day he would pick 4 sets of the dumbbell lateral raise (either standing or on a bench) and the next time he would do the behind-the-body cable lateral raise (4 sets as well).
Yes, he did only 8 sets of shoulder exercises per week, and according to him, it worked because of the next few tweaks that he did to understand how to grow wider shoulders faster.
The second tweak would have to do with the weight he chose for his shoulder exercises. The perfect technique here is crucial. He would only add 5 pounds to his dumbbell lateral raise after he realised he was able to do all the sets of dumbbell lateral raises with perfect form without cheating. He would go down one notch in the cable machine the same way – only after doing perfect sets with the previous weight.
The other tweak is regarding intensity. Ethier says that for your shoulders to get wider and bigger, you need to take every single set of your shoulder exercises to at least within three reps of complete failure.
Finally, the last tip on how to grow wider shoulders faster has to do with diet. You have to be in a caloric surplus to be able to build muscles in your shoulders faster. Eat enough protein for that muscle-building block and also rest enough.
