Here is everything you need to know about how to watch HYROX London Regionals 2026. All the epic Elite 15 races will take place on Friday 20th March and Saturday 21st March.
At stake is one qualification spot per race. One EMEA title per race. Tim Wenisch will return to the elite stage in London, his first race since the Melbourne Major, to show why he is the world champion.
Following the completion of the Elite 15 races, HYROX London will commence on Tuesday 24th March, allowing all the other athletes to compete.
