9 Crossfit Athletes to Watch at The Pacific Regionals

The Pacific Regional will be from May 26 - 28, 2017 in Wollongong, Australia, including Asia and Australia.

The Pacific Regionals are a fine collection of top quality athletes from a huge geographical area.

Kara Webb

Training in a small gym in Brisbane, Kara Big Dub Webb finished the 2016 CrossFit Games in 7th place and in 2015 she was the 5th fittest Woman on Earth. She snatches 220 Pounds and has a 2:33min Fran time. Enough said.

MITCH SINNAMON

Mitch Sinnamon made his individual CrossFit Games debut last year with a 37th-place finish. Though he was a rookie to the individual field, in 2015 he helped team Schwartz’s CrossFit Melbourne to a 21st-place finish. He is a former member of the Royal Australian Navy and is currently a trainer at CrossFit South Wharf in Australia.
