Last Chance Qualifier Workouts Released

CrossFit has released the four Last Chance Qualifier workouts — an online event following the CrossFit Semifinals which will be the last opportunity for athletes to earn an invitation to the CrossFit Games at the end of July.

The runners-up from the last four weekends of Semifinal showdowns will go head-to-head for only four available individual invites to the Games — 2 for the Men and 2 for the Women.

All athletes are hoping to earn their invite to the Games, including popular athletes Spencer Panchik, Kristi Eramo O’Connell, Dallin Pepper and Ruan Duvenage.

33 Men and 34 Women will be competing this weekend for those four spots, and now the workouts have been released if you want to put yourself through your paces alongside them.
