15 minutes AMRAP:

  • 3 wall walks
  • 12 dumbbell snatches (35/50 lb)
  • 15 box jump-overs (20/24-in box)

15 minutes AMRAP:

  • 3 scaled wall walks
  • 12 dumbbell snatches (20/35lb)
  • 15 box jump-overs (20/24-in box)

CrossFit Open Workout 22.1 Foundations

15 minutes AMRAP:

  • 3 bear crawls
  • 12 dumbbell snatches (10/20 lb)
  • 15 box step-overs (12-in box)

CrossFit Open Workout 22.1 Adaptive

Upper Extremity

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 15-ft dumbbell overhead lunges
  • 12 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 box jump-overs

♀ 20-lb dumbbell, 20-in box
♂ 35-lb dumbbell, 24-in box

Athletes eligible in section 11.3.4 of the Adaptive Athlete Policy:

♀ 20-lb dumbbell, 18-in box
♂ 35-lb dumbbell, 20-in box

Lower Extremity

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 10 hand-release push-ups
  • 10 dumbbell snatches
  • 10 box jumps

Neuromuscular

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 10 hand-release push-ups

Vision

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

Short Stature

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 3 wall walks

Seated with Hip Function

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 6 dips

♂ 35-lb dumbbell, 14-lb ball to 9 ft

Seated without Hip Function

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 6 dips
  • 9 dumbbell lap snatches
  • 15 wall-ball shots

♂ 25-lb dumbbell, 10-lb ball to 9 ft

Intellectual

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 10 push-ups

What is the CrossFit Open?

The CrossFit Open involves three workouts over a three-week period. It is a worldwide celebration of fitness as CrossFit athletes from all ages, backgrounds and walks of life come together to test and improve their health and fitness, all whilst having great fun.

2022 will be the 12th edition of the CrossFit Open.

Remember that you will have until Monday February 28 at 5 p.m PT to complete the workout and submit your score.

Part of the fun is seeing your name up on the leaderboard.

What are the Dates for the 2022 CrossFit Open?

The 2022 CrossFit Open stretches from February 24 through to March 14.

Each workout is released on every respective Thursday.

What Divisions Constitute the 2022 CrossFit Open?

Altogether there are 37 divisions. These are based on gender, age and ability.

There are three different tracks to follow:

  • RX
  • Scaled
  • Foundations
