4. YOU MAY EAT MORE THAN YOUR MALE FRIENDS

You want to eat a lot and you will eat a lot!

If you do Crossfit regularly then your need of calories per day will increase. Your friends who don´t do Crossfit might look at you and not understand how you can always eat so much. You will think about your next snack or lunch the moment you finished your breakfast. Or you might want to order another burger at the restaurant once you’ve finished first (with sweet potato fries).

Just try to fuel your muscles with the healthy stuff. No fast food or too much chocolate.
