Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is known for his traveling gym, which contains over 40,000 pounds of workout equipment. However, the WWE star-turned-Hollywood actor has recently shown off his new home gym, dubbed “Iron Paradise 10.0”.
Believed to be located at Johnson’s Miami residence, the gym took three years to build and features state-of-the-art fitness equipment from Panatta, Flex Fitness, Prime, Hammer Fitness, StarTrac, Arsenal Strength, Hot Rocks Sauna, and other brands.
The Rock gave his 381 million followers a tour of the facility on September 8, and the video has already received over 160,000 likes. The 54-year-old called the recently constructed gym his “temple”, with the exposed design delivering the “industrial grit” that the Moana actor craved.
What We Know About Iron Paradise 10.0
A commercial Smith machine, unilateral leg press, and a 60-yard turf runway were among the features unveiled by Johnson. Of course, seemingly endless rows of Iron Grip dumbbells are also at his disposal, along with a refrigerator fully stocked with Johnson’s own-brand drink, Zoa Energy.
The home gym puts most commercial fitness suites to shame, and it will be used by The Rock for his famously intense workouts. Despite focusing on hypertrophy and time under tension, Johnson still has some impressive lifts, including a 670 lbs deadlift, 600 lbs squat, and 405 lbs bench press.

Johnson is sure to never miss a workout, with this traveling facility offering strength and cardio machines, dumbbells, plates, and a portable power supply. That’s on top of a dedicated team that assembles the equipment at each new location.
There’s a “thumpin’” sound to help keep Johnson motivated, which includes four exposed ceiling speakers and four mounted “big ass subs”.
Perhaps more importantly to the A-list celebrity is the mantra and energy flow. Writing the caption on his Instagram post, Johnson stated that the gym is “where progress, peace, and no mind is chased daily”.
