An Unfortunate Injury Forces Sam Briggs Out of The Open

Sam Briggs injured her leg during the jerk during CrossFit Open workout 20.4.

She completed 235 reps out of the 240 total on 20.4. Briggs was not able to complete the five clean and jerks at 205 pounds.
 
“Challenges are what make life interesting. So this open definitely hasn’t really gone to plan…”

Whilst doing 20.4 the last bar felt great to clean but the jerk had other ideas (I’ll save you from that video).

We all know I’m no stranger to injuries and I’m planning on bouncing back from this too.

Hopefully not too long in this ? taking each day as it comes … but there’s still a chance I’ll be able to compete @filthy150″
