And he decided to find out how it feels to do CrossFit every day for 30 days.

What Happens To Your Body When You Do CrossFit Every Day For 30 Days
Now, it’s important to note that Laurie Shaw is not overweight. In fact, he has a very good physique and is strong. On his first CrossFit day, he was already deadlifting his bodyweight multiple times and doing pull-ups. So… not a novice when it comes to fitness-related activities.
Throughout the days, Shaw had a friend to help him out with proper technique. One of the things he learned was to start with light weights, improve the technique, and only then to add more weight.
After a while, he started taking part in the CrossFit classes presented at his local Box. “And the interesting thing I learnt was that I never actually got any easier. In fact, I’d say, if anything, the sessions got harder and more intense.”
And how did it feel after 30 days? “I feel so good. I feel amazing,” Shaw said.
In the end, although it doesn’t look like he gained a lot of muscle (Shaw was quite lean already), he did say he felt much fitter after 30 days of doing CrossFit every day.
Can Anyone Do CrossFit?
CrossFit can be for anybody, as the program can be adapted to meet a wide range of fitness levels and goals. CrossFit workouts are designed to be scalable, which means that they can be modified to be more or less challenging depending on an individual’s fitness level and experience.
