The final day of the 2022 CrossFit Games is underway. Here is how the first event panned out.
Event 11
The Sled has been designed by Rogue Fitness especially for the event.
For time:
126-ft sled push, decreasing in load
2 legless rope climbs
20 kettlebell clean and jerks
42-ft sled push with 2 KBs
2 legless rope climbs
15 kettlebell clean and jerks
42-ft sled push with 4 KBs
2 legless rope climbs
10 kettlebell clean and jerks
42-ft sled push with 6 KBs
Women: Six 24-kg kettlebells
Men: Six 32-kg kettlebells
The Men
Roman Khrennikov Wins his second Individual Event at the 2022 CrossFit Games. He beat Sam Kwant by more than 16 seconds.
During the event, commentators revealed that Roman has secured p1 Visa’s, meaning him, his wife and baby will stay in the USA for the next five years.

The Women
Laura Horvath secured a comfortable victory on the North Park in Madison.
Karin Freyova, Dani Speegle and Ellie Turner all worked hard to try and chase down the Hungarian athlete.
