XENOM, the Decathlon of Fitness™, completed its inaugural competition last weekend at the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters and training complex, bringing together more than 550 athletes for the first-ever staging of its fixed 10-event fitness format.

Over two days, athletes competed in a comprehensive test of strength, endurance, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning, generating the first official Elite Performance Index (EPI) scores and establishing the initial benchmark for future XENOM competitions around the world.

Elite Female Individual, Abigail Domit and Elite Male Individual, Jack Farlow hold the XENOM World Records with EPI scores of 8,076 and 7,688 points respectively, and took home $25,000 each in prize money. Olivia Kerstetter and Kyra Milligan won the Elite Female Pairs with a score of 9,764 points and Colten Mertens and Chris Ibarra won the Elite Male Pairs with 9,337 points, winning $12,500 per pair in prize money.

The winners of the Compete and Rx categories receive free entry into any future XENOM competition of their choosing. Final podium finishes across all divisions are as follows.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE WEEKEND

Dan Bailey’s return to competition: CrossFit legend Dan Bailey returned to the competition arena for the first time in 11 years at the age of 42. A firm fan favorite, the immense crowds and cheers could be heard around the arena as competitors and spectators densely gathered to watch. Dan broke almost all of his performances from his XENOM training practice, putting up impressive scores to rival his elite individual men counterparts. He sadly had to withdraw from the competition on Day 002 due to an injury flare up.

Abbie Domit vs Emily Rolfe Battle for the World Record: An incredibly close battle between these two Elite females all weekend long, with only one point separating them going into Day 002.  Domit managed to break away during Event 009, the Heavy Clean Ladder, with an impressive 42 reps at 100kg.  Rolfe ultimately went on to win Event 010, but the points weren’t enough to bring her into first place overall.

The ROGUE Air Rhino Reveal: XENOM Dallas was the first time ever that competitors got to experience the brand new ROGUE Air Rhino, which launches later this year, and is a key component of The Decathlon of Fitness as Event 007: The Rhino Pull. Competitors were the first in the world to put this piece of equipment to the test and get to grips with the unique resistance system that makes the Rhino Pull unlike any test they have faced before, and a test no one had been able to prepare for.

Jack Farlow & Bill Leahy – Another close battle between two competitors, but on Day 002 Farlow won an impressive three of the five events, 007,008, and 009, to take home the win and World Record.

Keith Barlow, Founder and CEO of XENOM said: “What happened in Dallas this weekend was bigger than a competition. Walk into that arena and you feel it immediately, from the energy, the noise, the sheer joy of it. People are happy and excited again about where this space is going. This really matters, because for too long the people who pour everything into this haven’t had a place that gives it back to them.

Every person who walked onto that floor got to be the hero of their own story. Their kids in the stands. Their husband, their wife, their parents on their feet screaming their name. A real arena, real lights, a moment that belongs entirely to them. This weekend we gave it to them, not just to the elite, but everyone.

When you give someone that, you give them something they carry forever. And when you do it for thousands of people at once, you start to build something that lifts the whole community. That’s what I felt this weekend. This really is just the beginning of a movement that’s only just getting started.”

What’s Next For XENOM?

Beyond the results, Dallas represented an important milestone for the broader fitness industry. The launch demonstrated the depth of appetite among committed, high-performance athletes for large-scale, professionally produced competition built around measurable performance – a community that has long trained at an elite level without a stage built to match it. It also showcased the potential for fitness competitions to evolve into global sporting properties, with professional production, world-class venues and year-round athlete engagement.

The Dallas competition marks the beginning of XENOM’s inaugural season, with more competitions planned across the United States and Europe and a long-term roadmap to more than 60 competitions globally.

The series will next travel to London on August 29-30, where athletes will once again compete against the same 10-event benchmark and continue building the global Elite Performance Index rankings. Competitions in Miami and Paris will follow as part of the continued rollout of Season 001.

As the final scores were submitted and the first champions celebrated, the inaugural Decathlon of Fitness™ came to a close. For XENOM, however, Dallas was not the finish line – it was the starting point.
