Below you will know what you need to do every day to get six-pack abs. Great for beginners and intermediate athletes who might be struggling to get to the fitness level that they want.

Here is what you need to be doing, according to Max Posternak.

  1. Reduce body fat – choose a diet that you can stick to consistently
  2. Weight training – target ab conditioning exercises and other muscles in the area to get a good six-pack definition
  3. Stretch your abs – never skip this after your workout
  4. Eat enough protein – you need this to grow your six-pack ab muscles
  5. Prep your own food – eat enough vegetables
  6. HIIT after the workout – burn extra calories
  7. Get enough sleep – this will ensure you will be recovering and building those ab muscles after a hard day of training
