Pre-workout supplementation tops up the fuel tank in order to increase training energy, offset fatigue, and enhance performance.
WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE PRE-WORKOUT?
A pre-workout formula stacked with high performance ingredients is essential to building muscle. Taking a pre-workout before cranking out the first rep maximizes strength, provides energy to endure, improves focus and mental alertness, enhances fat oxidation, and minimizes protein degradation (increasing muscle growth).
Gone are the days when an athlete would simply eat a meal before working out and expect to dominate the weights and workout. Now, it’s indisputable that a reputable pre-workout will significantly improve focus, reduce fatigue, and increase energy beyond that of a regular meal.
UNCAGED Pre-Workout from Alpha Wolf Nutrition is the most synergistically focused pre-workout ever created to support and help improve every aspect of your training.
It’s clinically effective doses contain no artificial ingredients. Just pure, raw, uncaged power!
- Energy, Focus, Pump, Endurance and Recovery
- Nitric Oxide Support
- Promotes Blood Flow

INGREDIENTS OF UNCAGED ALPHA WOLF PRE-WORKOUT
Whenever you choose to add a new supplement to your nutrition, it’s important to know what it contains and learn exactly how those ingredients will boost your performance.
- Dextrose – 12 g
- L-Citrulline DL Malate (2:1) – 8 g
- Creatine HCL – 3g
- GlycerSize Glycerol Powder 65% – 2 g
- Nitrosigine Arginine – 1.5 g
- Potassium – 60mg (from Nitrosigine)
Let’s break down exactly how each ingredient will benefit you…
Created from plants, Dextrose is the sugar derived from corn and it is chemically identical to glucose, or blood sugar. It is made when corn is broken down with acids or enzymes before it’s crystallized.
Dextrose provides a powerful energy boost for workouts.
L-Citrulline DL Malate (2:1)
L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1 is a combination of citrulline and malic acid. L-citrulline is an amino acid that is produced naturally by the body and is found in the heart, muscles, and brain tissue. Malic acid is a naturally occurring acid that is found in fruits.
L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1 powder boosts energy levels, helps with recovery after hard exercise and it supports circulation and the cardiovascular system. L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1 powder also promotes heart health and fortify the immune system.
Creatine assists workout performance on many levels. By increasing ATP (Adenosine Tri Phosphate – vital for energy production) within muscle cells, creatine helps to enhance intensity levels, for longer periods of time.(1)
Creatine also boosts strength levels and counters fatigue, enabling more weight to be lifted before the muscles are brought to exhaustion(2). Creatine monohydrate remains the most popular and recommended choice due to its proven efficacy.
GlycerSize Glycerol Powder 65%
GlycerSize (formally known as GlycerPump) is a stable form of 65% glycerol powder which offers enhanced hydration, increased stamina, and full saturated muscles.
Glycerol is a naturally-occurring trihydroxy (three hydroxyl group) sugar alcohol that is an intermediate in carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. UNCAGED Pre-Workout will give you the additional benefits.
- Improves hydration
- Decreases urine output and free-water clearance
- Greater endurance
- Reduces “thermal burden” of exercise in the heat
- Decreases heart rate during exercise
- Longer time to exhaustion
- Improves aerobic and anaerobic power and performance
- Asteticic improvement through fuller muscles
Nitrosigine can help you take your workouts and training to the next level, as it plays a critical role in boosting key factors for increasing blood flow during exercise(3). This function is critical during resistance and endurance training because it allows oxygen and nutrients to be delivered to working muscles.
Enhanced blood flow is important both intra-workout and post-workout, as it has been shown to help with muscle growth and recovery. In a clinical study, Nitrosigine significantly increased nitric oxide levels—a key factor in generating greater blood flow and vasodilation in working muscles(4).
Potassium (from Nitrosigine)
Potassium is the third most abundant mineral in the body. It helps the body regulate fluid, send nerve signals and regulate muscle contractions.
Roughly 98% of the potassium in your body is found in your cells. Of this, 80% is found in your muscle cells, while the other 20% can be found in your bones, liver and red blood cells. Potassium may help reduce blood pressure and water retention, protect against stroke and prevent osteoporosis and kidney stones.
Potassium before a workout will promote muscle function (by supporting muscle contractions) and prevent cramps caused by low levels of the mineral.
Stim Free stands for “stimulant free”. UNCAGED Pre-Workout from Alpha Wolf Nutrition contains no caffeine or similar stimulants.
THE TRUTH ABOUT CAFFIENE IN PRE-WORKOUTS
Many people do not realize that caffeine is a “vasoconstrictor” which means it restricts blood flow. A great pre-workout should be increasing blood flow not restricting it.
In addition to that, if you really want caffeine then making your own coffee or buying caffeine capsules is dirt cheap and you can easily regulate the dosage that works best for you. Why would you take a 250mg dose when you only want 150mg or vice versa?
That’s why they Alpha Wolf Nutrition use Dextrose as the source of energy in UNCAGED to help fuel your mind and muscles. There is no crash and it works synergistically with creatine to help expand performance even further.
UNCAGED Pre-Workout is proudly made in the USA, in a GMP and FDA registered facility.
ADDING PRE-WORKOUT INTO YOUR TRAINING
Pre-workout nutrition centers on the all-important pre-workout meal. The proper intake of solid food within two hours of training is crucial to increasing muscle glycogen storage and protein synthesis.
However, as the workout approaches, energy reserves may begin to dwindle and catabolic processes (weight-lifting) may begin to inhibit muscle protein synthesis. This is where a good pre-workout formulation consisting of energizing and muscle-building ingredients takes center stage.
That’s why with the combination of good nutrition and UNCAGED Pre Workout you will optimise your results and maximise energy levels, focus, pump and muscle building.

Is UNCAGED Legal in My Sport?
UNCAGED is formulated with ingredients that were allowed in all major competitive sports including the NFL, NBA, NCAA, Spartan Championships, etc…
They did not include any “stimulants” or any other ingredients which they believe will ever be put on a “banned list” however, they do not actively monitor all major sporting platforms for changes so if this is of high concern for you, we do recommend you check your sports specific ban list against the ingredients.
With that said, there is NOTHING in UNCAGED that is not listed on the label.
How often should I take it?
For optimal performance we recommend you supplement with it once daily. This is because the effects of creatine and glycerol can compound over time, further enhancing your performance and workouts.
However, you can use it only on workout days as well and it will still be very effective.
