XENOM, the Decathlon of Fitness™, announces its Elite Performance Index (EPI) World Record payout structure for Season 001, introducing a performance-linked reward system designed to incentivize record-breaking achievement across its global competitive fitness series.
Unlike traditional competition formats that focus on placement against changing fields, XENOM awards cash bonuses exclusively for breaking the overall EPI World Records.

How the System Works
The competition season begins in Dallas with $75,000 in guaranteed prize money. As the inaugural event, all EPI World Records will be set for the first time with an enhanced inaugural payout level, meaning every Elite division winner is guaranteed to claim a cash bonus:
- Elite Male Individual Overall- $25,000
- Elite Female Individual Overall – $25,000
- Elite Male Pairs Overall – $12,500
- Elite Female Pairs Overall – $12,500
*payouts are for overall EPI scores, not individual event records.
From the second competition onwards, athletes must break the existing EPI World Record to earn a cash bonus. Prize values from the second competition onwards are:
- Elite Male Individual – $10,000
- Elite Female Individual – $10,000
- Elite Male Pairs – $5,000
- Elite Female Pairs – $5,000
If a world record is not broken at any competition, 50% of the prize money for that division rolls over to the next event:
- Elite Male Individual – +$5,000
- Elite Female Individual – +$5,000
- Elite Male Pairs – +$2,500
- Elite Female Pairs – +$2,500
How Does This Work In Practice?
If the Elite Male Individual record stands unbroken after the second XENOM competition in London (August 29/30th), the prize for the next XENOM competition becomes $15,000 ($10,000 base plus $5,000 rollover). If it remains unbroken again, the next XENOM competition adds an additional $5,000 to the total, resulting in $20,000, and so on.
This rollover mechanism continues throughout the season, creating escalating stakes and mounting anticipation as athletes worldwide prepare to challenge for increasingly valuable records.
“XENOM is built on the principle that world records deserve world-class recognition. Our payout structure reflects our commitment to celebrating the athletes who push the absolute boundaries of human performance” said Keith Barlow, Founder and CEO of XENOM, “by implementing the rollover system, XENOM creates a dynamic competitive environment where the financial stakes grow alongside the athletic challenge, ensuring that every competition carries the potential for breakthrough performances.”
While cash bonuses are reserved for Elite-level world record breaks, XENOM’s commitment to recognising excellence extends to all competitive levels.
Athletes competing in RX and Compete divisions who break their respective divisional EPI records earn a free entry to any future XENOM competition (athletes who have competed in the Elite division previously are not eligible for these prizes). This means that record-breaking performances at every level are rewarded and celebrated, ensuring athletes across all skill levels have tangible incentives to push their limits.
