Huge Triceps in 15 Minutes – The Workout

The first three exercises you will do in a superset style – back to back to back, and then you can take a rest of 60 seconds before doing three more sets. It will be a total of four sets.

Triceps Pushdown with Fat Grip

  • 10 reps

Pin your elbows close to your body and let your triceps stretch when coming up, however, don’t move your elbows to keep your triceps engaged at all times.

Pronated Kickback

  • 8 reps

One-Arm Pushdown

  •  8 reps on each arm

Try to do full reps on the one-arm pushdown. John Meadows chooses to begin each time with a different arm for better balance.

After doing the 4 sets of those three exercises, you jump to the next superset of two exercises combined:

Bent Over Triceps Extension

  • 8 reps

Barbell Overhead Extension

  • 8 reps

Do 3 rounds of the last exercise taking 1 minute between each set.
