8:43am Scaled @crossfitwod to 45lb and push press. Due to lack of requisite strength to complete rx. I started too slow and was able to push last few rounds. So i’m sure your Open prep is in full swing, but make sure you practice with these weights as dumbbells are sure to crop up in at least one of the workouts.
