Holiday Survival: 6 Simple WODs You Can Do at Home

It’s Christmas and you’re stuck at your Grandma’s place. No access to your box, full house of family members, lots of cheers with champagne and a table, closet and pantry packed with sugary sweets.

You are craving to relax your mind a bit from this holidays euphoria by smashing some intense “home” workouts.

You don’t really need a lot of equipment for these following workouts. All you have to find is a pull-up bar and pack your running shoes and jump rope with you. Here are 6 famous WODs you can almost do in your living room:

2. Tabata Something Else

If you don’t have a pull up bar, do burpees instead.

3. Chelsea

Every 1 min for 30 mins do:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

No pull up bar? Handstand push-ups.

4. Death by Burpee

With a continuously running clock perform:

1 Burpee in the first 1 min,
2 Burpees in the second 1 min
3 Burpees in the third 1 min …
Continuing this for as long as you are able.

If you can go out and run, do this one:

5. Murph

For time:
Run, 1200 meters
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
