HYROX has continued its push into physical fitness studios by launching the HYROX Training+ mobile app. The digital training platform was developed with the help of technology partners ABC Fitness and EGYM.
What Is HYROX Training+?
HYROX Training+ is an embedded experience that allows gym operators to offer official HYROX programs to members directly through existing applications. The app was created by One FIIT and is powered by the Hyrox365 ecosystem.
The latest development means that gym goers can benefit from HYROX workouts away from scheduled classes, whether on the gym floor or at home. HYROX Training+ has already been launched with Fitness First Germany through an EGYM-powered app.
Fitness software brand ABC Fitness have supported the launch, which is expected to gain further integrations in the near future. It’s another step on the ladder for HYROX, which is attempting to embed the fitness race format into traditional gyms all year round, not just on select weekends.

What Does the Future Hold For HYROX Training+?
HYROX Training+ offers official workouts, structured programs, exercise guides, and progress tracking. No separate HYROX app is required, with operators having the ability to integrate Training+ into existing gym technology.
Expect to hear more about HYROX and ABC Fitness given their strategic global technology partnership. As the official HYROX365 integration partner, ABC Fitness works alongside gyms, studios, and trainers on a global scale. It’s understood that HYROX-affiliated brands will soon be able to offer official training programs and virtual workouts.
HYROX and ABC Fitness will focus on studios and boutique gyms, including those in Latin America. Integrations with ABC Trainerize, an enterprise gym software and personal training app, will be HYROX-focused and feature exercise libraries.
The sky is the limit, with ABC and HYROX working on adding live class schedules, booking systems, and payments.
