Clifton Pho from Canada has set a new open world record deadlift as a Junior with a 285kg (627 lbs) lift at 66kg (145 lbs)!

Relative to his own body, this is 4.3 times what he weighs himself. Watch the lift below:

Editor-In-Chief at BOXROX. I come from a background of rugby and weightlifting. Growing up in the English Lake District, I spent a great deal of time swimming in its stunning lakes and rivers.
