3. DIFFERENT MINUTES: DIFFERENT EXERCISES
This WOD is a little different, and shows how you can compose different exercises for each minute:
15 minutes
1. min: 30 sec Handstand hold (do this against a wall if you need to)
2. min: 30 sec Plank hold
3. min: 10 Hollow Body Rocks
