In arguably the best race of the season so far the lead switched regularly with Lena Putters initially setting the pace and leading into the Skierg. Emilie Dahmen then took over and the field stayed close together until the Sled Push. There Kat Parnell surged forward with a stunning 1:56 push that saw her leap 8 spots and take the lead alongside Seka Arning.

Sinead was never far from the front though and by the Sled Pull she was in the lead. Her strong running meant that even though she recorded the 8th fastest time in the Burpees and the 9th fastest in the Row, she was always in the mix. Wearing Puma, her total running time was 32:27, good for 2nd quickest overall. Check out her splits:
| Run 1 | 3:43 |

In the workouts Sinead was consistent and delivered when it mattered most with the second-fastest time in the Wall Balls. The win earns her a $15,000 cheque and top spot in the EMEA championships for 2026.
The podium was rounded out by Emilie Dahmen who finished in 58:55 for a personal best time. Despite disappointment at missing the Worlds qualification spot, Emilie is very much on an upwards trajectory and we expect her to secure qualification at the upcoming Warsaw major.
This was one of the fastest races in Women’s Pro history with three women going sub-59 and six going sub-60. This women’s season has been dominated by Joanna Wietrzyk and Lauren Weeks until now, but the EMEA women have shown they are rounding into form right as Worlds comes into view.
