If you want to make the best out of your dumbbells for the workout above, or any workout for that matter, you can implement pyramid training* to your session.
In it, you complete a set with the weight prescribed. In the following set, you switch to a heavier dumbbell and perform a smaller amount of reps. Continue until you have finished the prescribed number of sets.
In the example above, you could perform 10 reps of squats in the first set, followed by 8 reps, then 6, and finally 4 reps in the last set, with each set increasing the weight of your adjustable dumbbell.
