Pride, Heart & Fitness: 12 Portrait Artworks of Crossfit Games Athletes

From Canadian and US Champions, through to some of the finest athletes in Europe, find out if your favourite Crossfitter has been sketched.

These 12 portraits of CrossFit Games athletes were created to show the different moments within the sport of fitness that we all go through and understand. Triumph, pain, PRs, victory, pride and the dedication to push hard every day in order to improve and develop. From sketches of Josh Bridges after a phenomenal win at the Regionals, through to Sara Sigmundsdottir sprinting for the finish, each one tries to capture a particular moment during a workout.

Each artwork was drawn by our Editor-in-chief, Robbie Wild Hudson.

About The Author

Editor-In-Chief at BOXROX. I come from a background of rugby and weightlifting. Growing up in the English Lake District, I spent a great deal of time swimming in its stunning lakes and rivers. In 2015 my brothers and I became the first people to swim the 145km length of the River Eden, from source to mouth, in 9 days. We also swam the Corryvreckan whirlpool, the third largest in the world, and Crossfit is a huge part of my training for these events.
