Triumph, pain, PRs, victory, pride and the dedication to push hard every day in order to improve and develop. From sketches of Josh Bridges after a phenomenal win at the Regionals, through to Sara Sigmundsdottir sprinting for the finish, each one tries to capture a particular moment during a workout.
