Check out the Day 2 workouts for Adaptive, Teens and Masters at the CrossFit Games.
The second day of competition will see the youngest and oldest athletes, as well as adaptive athletes, compete in two long events, which involve a combination of bike erg calories, GHD sit-ups, weighted squats and handstand walks, as well as an open water swim.
The 16-17 and 35-44 age divisions will tackle three events during this second day of competition; including a version of the above two mentioned workouts and an additional combination of row calories, clean and jerks and a sled push.
