Brooke Wells, a six-time CrossFit Games athlete, announced she will start training with the coach of the Fittest Man and Woman on Earth, Shane Orr.

“I have some ✨EXCITING NEWS✨I’m so happy to start following @prvnfitness with my new coach, @shaneorr01 ? Let’s do this, @tiaclair1,” she said.
Shane Orr, who is Tia-Clair Toomey’s husband, programs for PRVN Fitness and coaches both Toomey and five-time Fittest Man on Earth, Mat Fraser.
Two weeks ago, Wells’ former coach, Ben Bergeron, announced she had let him know “that the time has come for her to explore new opportunities with a new coach.”
Bergeron, who currently coaches athletes such as Katrin Davidsdottir, Amanda Barnhart, Cole Sager and Sam Kwant, coached Wells for four years.

Brooke Wells competed in the 2020 CrossFit Games, going into the in-person finals with a 2nd place finish after the virtual first stage. She would finish the CrossFit Games Finals in fifth place – her best result to date – after placing 11th overall in the 2020 CrossFit Open.
“This is so exciting! I’m so happy for you @brookewellss ❤️????,” Toomey replied on Wells’ Instagram post.
