Keeping up with traditions, Dave Castro, former general manager of Sport for CrossFit Inc, has shared a clue for CrossFit Open workout 23.2. Compared to what we are used to seeing, this one is a bit more enlightening than previous ones.
23.2 CrossFit Open Workout Clue
On his Instagram, the now advisor to CrossFit focused on affiliates and coaches, shared a video of a small ball falling down a mechanism that resembles a ladder. Check it out.
As mentioned above, for us at BOXROX, it seems like this could mean a workout with a descending ladder set of movements. Perhaps we will see something with dumbbells such as thrusters.
Also, weirdly enough, for the past week since the revelation of 23.1 Open workout, we at BOXROX have seen a lot of videos with people doing either handstand push-ups or handstand walking. So we are betting there will be something upside down this time as well, but we are hoping it isn’t wall walks again.
We were going to guess some wall ball shots in descending ladder because it is a ball going down in the video, but since we had wall ball shots on 23.1, we can rule that out.

The last clue from Dave Castro for 23.1 was a red arrow pointing to the left and we thought it was a repeat of 13.2. We were close enough – it was a repeat of 14.4. So what do we think it will be this time? Here is our guess.
