Pat Vellner Interview: Strengths, Weaknesses and Mindset With The 3rd Fittest Man on Earth
What is it like to compete as a team at Invitationals in comparison with individual competition for events such as Regionals and The Games?
The Invitational is more of a fun event for us. There is very little on the line compared to the Regional or Games stage, it’s more of an all star game. You have a bit more time to relax and really get to know your competitors and compete along side some of your season rivals, which is a cool change…
Interview with Tia-Clair Toomey: A Year in The Life of The CrossFit Games Champion
Do you do any mental training outside the gym?
Not really. Once I set myself a goal I’m super determined to achieve it. Throughout my life before Crossfit I went to Uni and pulled out because it just wasn’t something for me. I guess I felt like I failed in life…
Talking Training and CrossFit With Games Athlete Adrian Mundwiler
Did you have a coach in the past?

Interview with Sara Sigmundsdottir – “Why I Want to Win The CrossFit Games”
What qualities do you think every good coach should have?
They should understand the mind of their athlete, never be controlling, and willing to learn and hear your opinion…
Meet Lasse Rantala: Founder of The Athlete Training Protocol
How do you feel movement interacts with other elements of training such as conditioning and strength?
It interacts greatly. If you move well, everything else will be easier. Let´s think about common movement like shoulder to overhead…
Adaptive Athlete Lyndon On Crushing The Open Workouts and His Olympic Dreams
So what made you sign up to CrossFit?
Lyndon- I have always loved working out in the gym with friends but always felt like I needed that something extra. I knew my uncle did CrossFit so I watched it on YouTube and was like this is it I need to sign up!…
Anna Quost – Coach, Crossfitter, Mother and Elite Level Masters Athlete
How would you describe the solidarity and competition among Athletes that meet on the international stage?
For me, competing in the Masters division makes a huge difference compared to the individuals. Among the masters there is definitely a huge sense of solidarity and respect for one another…
Jak Cornthwaite – Regionals, Training and The Future of The British CrossFit Scene

Why did you decide to switch to Team this year and not compete as an individual again?
Being given the opportunity to potentially be in the first British team to go to the CrossFit Games, especially with the athletes that we have recruited was really a no brainer. Any chance to represent my gym and country is a privilege. It would also give me the experience of knowing what the Games is like before I hopefully make it as an individual…
