How to Watch the CrossFit Mayhem Classic (Time Zones Included)

Find out when each workout of this Sanctional will take place.

The Mayhem Classic kicks off this weekend in Cookeville, Tennessee, at CrossFit Mayhem.

This is the inaugural year for the Mayhem Classic, which runs an individual competition only programmed by no other than Rich Froning.

The Sanctional will see 30 male and 30 female athletes compete for a ticket to the CrossFit Games. Household names like Tia-Clair Toomey, Ben Smith and Chandler Smith are set to take part.

Froning and Friends will also perform several workouts over the weekend – branded as Good Dudes Events – for spectators to enjoy a one-of-a-kind Sanctional.

MAYHEM CLASSIC SCHEDULE

The Mayhem Classic runs through Friday 10 and Sunday 12 of January but the live-stream for the individual competition only kicks off on Saturday morning.
