For example, Mariana, who is nearly 60, can still pull herself up using just three fingers. Melinda, at 61, has never lifted weights. Both of them took on seven science-backed fitness tests, alongside younger participants, to see how age and lifestyle truly affect the body. Each test was scored with 1 point for a baseline level and 2 points for an advanced level.
