Meet Scott Panchik – CrossFit Open 21.3 Athlete

Scott Panchik is an 8-time CrossFit Games athlete who will compete in Open 21.3 workout head-to-head against his younger twin siblings Spencer and Saxon.

He is considered a legend in the CrossFit community, finishing fourth in three occasions at CrossFit Games and winning Team Series in 2014 and 2016.

Scott Panchik has also competed in Regionals, maintain an incredibly consistent high finish from 2012 until 2018. Respectively, he finished overall: 5^th, 2^nd, 2^nd, 1^st, 1^st, 3^rd, and 4^th.

CrossFit Open Workout 21.3 Live Announcement

CrossFit Inc. has changed the time of workout 21.3 announcement compared to previous weeks. It will happen live on Thursday March 25 at 12pm Pacific Time.

Dave Castro will reveal the workout live from Crossfit office in Scotts Valley, California, followed by a showdown between the three Panchik brothers in what is being called “sibling rivalry.”

Saxon Panchik is a three-time CrossFit Games athlete who finished 9^th in 2019. Spencer is a two-time Regionals contender who will pursue his first Individual Games qualification in 2021.
