The Brazil CrossFit Championship ended this weekend after athletes finished the 6 and two men, women and teams got to punch their tickets to the CrossFit Games.
There were some familiar faces and newcomers to watch out for. In the end, Brazil and Argentina were the clear winners.
Only the top two men, two women, and two teams got a direct ticket to the CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th place in the men’s and women’s division will be invited to participate in the Last-Chance Qualifier, which takes place the week after the last Semifinals event.
Top Women at The Brazil CrossFit Championship
- Larissa Cunha (Brazil) – 560 points – Qualified to the CrossFit Games
- Sasha Nievas (Argentina) – 528 points – Qualified to the CrossFit Games
- Victoria Campos (Brazil) – 498 points – Last-Chance Qualifier
- Julia Kato (Brazil) – 476 points – Last-Chance Qualifier
- Valentina Rangel (Colombia) – 415 points – Last-Chance Qualifier

The biggest surprise in the women’s division was Victoria Campos winning 3 events (workouts 2, 3, and 5), but not securing a ticket straight to the Games due to a 9th place in workout 1 and 15th place in workout 4.
Top Men at The Brazil CrossFit Championship
- Agustin Richelme (Argentina) – 560 points – Qualified to the CrossFit Games
- Guilherme Malheiros (Brazil) – 548 points – Qualified to the CrossFit Games
- Omar Martinez (Venezuela) – 508 points – Last-Chance Qualifier
- Kaique Cerveny (Brazil) – 498 points – Last-Chance Qualifier
- Anderon Primo (Brazil) – 416 points – Last-Chance Qualifier

The Brazilian Kaique Cerveny was close to finishing on the podium, possibly with a ticket to the CrossFit Games, until the last workout which he finished in 15th place. In all other workouts he finished in the top 5, and even won workout 5.

- Fourmixx Brazil (Brazil) – Qualified to the CrossFit Games
- Q21 (Argentina) – Qualified to the CrossFit Games

As expected Fourmixx Brazil got their ticket to the CrossFit Games at the end of the weekend. The Brazilian team won four events and finished the other two workouts in the 2nd position, solidifying its status as favourite in South America.
