All of the 2026 Copa Sur Workouts are now live.
The 2026 Copa Sur Semifinal event will take place from May 1st–3rd. A field of 30 men and 30 women will compete for a chance to qualify for the CrossFit Games, with the top two finishers in each division earning invitations.
Across the three days, athletes will take on six workouts in total and as always, promises to be an exciting and fun event.

Event 1 – Move Max

Event 2 – Snatch

EVENT 4 – GTO

10 ground-to-overheads (235/145 lb.), by 2:00

6 ground-to-overheads (275/175 lb.), by 6:00
4 ground-to-overheads (295/185 lb.), by 8:00
