US Army Veteran living and coaching in Durango, Colorado. My past coaching experience includes working with Reebok in Seoul, Korea, working with MMA athletes in Korea, and as a battalion Modern Army Combatives instructor in the US Army. I am a CF L2 trainer with a degree in Exercise Science. I love being outdoors, whether it be trail running, mountain biking, or hiking with my amazing wife. My goal is to get athletes to apply their fitness outside of the box. The mindset I instill in my athletes is #traintobebadass.
