How to Watch the CrossFit Open Workout 20.3 Live Announcement

The third Open workout will be broadcast by the Norwegian CrossFit Championship, the Down Under Championship and the SouthFit CrossFit Challenge.


Each week of the Open, the workout is released live from a CrossFit affiliate (or special location) around the world.

Both the Norwegian CrossFit Championship and the Down Under Championship will broadcast the CrossFit Open Workout 20.3 Live Announcement in English, while the SouthFit CrossFit Challenge will announce the workout in Spanish live from Argentina.


Top level athletes are set to compete face to face in the third week of the 2020 CrossFit Open. The announcement will take place on Thursday October 24 at 5pm Pacific Time.

The Norwegian CrossFit Championship will see CrossFit Games podium athlete Kristin Holte go face to face against Norway’s fittest man, Nicolay Billaudel, as their main event.

The announcement will be streamed on the Sanctional’s Facebook page, which you can find here, and will start at 4:15pm (1:15am local time on October 25).

Both athletes will face off at 2am local time (CEST), followed by Matilde Garnes and Rebecka Vitesson.


In Australia, James Newbury will battle fellow Aussie Madeline Sturt at CrossFit FX.

James Newbury recently finished 5th at the CrossFit Games; his best finish since 2016. The Aussie won the Ringer 1 in dramatic fashion and was given the “Most improved athlete” award.

22-year-old Madeline Sturt is also a four-times individual Games athlete; she finished 23rd at this year’s Games. She’s one of the top athletes in the Australian CrossFit scene.

The event is free to spectate and the livestream will be hosted on the CrossFit Games website from 4:45 Pacific Time.

For the Spanish-speaking CrossFit audience, you can watch the CrossFit Open Workout 20.3 Live Announcement on the SouthFit CrossFit Challenge’s social media channels. The Sanctional is set to broadcast on their Facebook page and on Instagram TV.

All live announcements will also be featured on the front page of the CrossFit Games website.
