CROSSFIT NEWS – Katrin Davidsdottir Wins Wodapalooza!

The Icelandic superstar never finished lower than top 10 in a single event and took the competition by storm!

Katrin Davidsdottir decided last minute to enter the popular fitness event in Miami.

She dominated the field throughout the entire competition. Check out a few of the WODs below:

EVENT – 7min AMRAP of Squat Clean & Jerks

Elite/Rx, International Cup, Master’s 35-39, 40-44

EVENT 4 AND 5

WOD 5- WITH REMAINING TIME (or if not completed, at the 18:00) find a 1RM Hang Snatch

Workout 4 is scored as the total time it takes to complete the two rounds of the triplet.

The tie-breaker is scored as the time it takes to complete round one. If an athlete is unable to complete the full two rounds beneath the time-cap, a one rep penalty will be assessed for every missed repetition.

Workout 5 is scored as the heaviest single lift in pounds on the 1RM Hang Snatch.
